For those that did not see this on TV or aol, it is a wonderful reflection on life.
Brick WallsWhen we are down and out, it does not take much to find someone whose situation is more difficult. And this father of three is victorious while facing his own impending death. He has my most profound respect and prayers. There are
always more lessons be learned.

Profoundly touching..........................and as they wrapped it up, I couldnt help but think, when it was said "sadly, they ( his children) will know him better in film/image then they will in life"..............this is how it goes for many an MLC'er.............especially the ones that take off for the fog and take so very long to return if ever..................Their children will know them better by the family pictures we once took, then they ever will the real people they once were, and the men and women they had the potential to be.
What an inspiring man..................

I posted this on another thread Friday night because of the profound impact it had on me. So I will repeat what I said. Please take the time to watch the whole lecture. It's in 4 parts and is a little over an hour; but the best hour you ever spent.

Such profound words...it's amazing, we really don't know how to live until we know we are going to die...I have always tried to keep this in my thought pattern...when people stand over my casket when I am dead do I want them to think...Man she was a hateful bit*h, or do I want them to remember me for all the good times we had and maybe how at some point I may have touched their life and made a difference. We need to live our funeral.
